Registration and Logistics
•Dates: April 15 and April 16, 2026 (Schools choose one date to attend).
•Location: Abilene Christian University (ACU) in the Hunter Welcome Center, 1949 ACU Drive, Abilene, TX 79699.

•Time Slots: 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, or 11:30 AM.
•2026 Theme: Fail-A-Bration!.
•Cost: $2 per student attendee; teachers, administrators, and chaperones attend at no charge with proper district ID.
•Author Visit: Students typically meet a children’s author at the start of their session.
•STEM Rotations: Students rotate through four different STEM challenges related to a featured book.
•Small Groups: To maximize interactive learning, students are divided into small groups for closer supervision at each station.
•Chaperones: Schools are requested to provide one chaperone for every ten students.
•Registration: Schools must register through the Region 14 ESC website or via TicketLeap.
•Lunch: Lunch is not provided; students should bring a sack lunch to eat during their scheduled time.
•Payment: A purchase order (PO) must be submitted prior to the event, with invoicing occurring the week after.
